Jarvis Collegiate Institute offers regular Grade 9 through Grade 12 programs and has an enrolment of 1026 students. Founded in 1807, during the frontier days of Upper Canada, it is the oldest secondary school in Toronto, with more than 200 years of tradition.  In recent history, one of Jarvis' Grade 12 math teams placed second in Canada at the University of Waterloo Euclid Mathematics Contest.  Their students have also participated in the American Invitational Math Exam, the American Math Competition and the Canadian Mathematics Olympiad.
