Nelson Mandela Park Public School and Lord Dufferin Public School will hold a community kindergarten registration day from 10 am to 6 pm on February 14, 2012. The registration will be held in REGENT PARK/DUKE OF YORK PS at 20 Regent Street. Informaton is available at (416) 393-1730.

Children who were born in 2008 and who will be 4 years old by the end of this calendar year (December 31, 2012), are eligible for enrolment in junior kindergarten for September.

Children who were born in 2007 and who will be 5 years old by the end of this calendar year (December 31, 2012), are eligible for enrolment in senior kindergarten for September.

We invite parents to visit Regent Park/Duke of York PS on February 14 to register your child. Please bring the following information about your child to the registration:

1. Your child's age. You can use a birth certificate, a baptismal record or a passport to verify the child's age.

2. Citizenship of your child. This information can be provided by a birth certificate, passport, or Record of Landing         

3. Address - you will be asked for two pieces of identification that show your address, such as a telephone bill, driver's license, income tax form, rental or lease agreement, a utility bill such as gas or electricity or water bill or a bill from a credit card or bank.

4. Immunization record. This is the list of needles your child has received.
